Ehab Al-Theeb, the organization’s general manager, stated that Ta’alof Al-Khair will grant a Hajj Badal certificate to every delegator in Hajj Al-Badal project, which is a document issued in the name of every delegate and every Haaj delegating someone to perform Hajj al badal of them, the document is certified by the testimony of two witnesses and notarization of the official Shari’aCommite.
The general manager also revealed that the organization is committed to signing a legal contract explaining the delegation conditions and the legal responsibilities for all involved parties. A step that should guarantee every Haaj’s rights and organize the process of Hajj.
The contract will contain all the conditions that the delegate must meet in order to perform Hajj al badal of others, the conditions are:
1- To have performed Hajj themselves.
2- To be a Shari’a student residing in Mecca or to have obtained a permit for those residing outside of Mecca.
3- To have knowledge of Hajj rites and be reputable.
4- To be an adult over the age of 18.
