Who we are:

Ta’alof Al-Khair is a Jordanian International corporate based in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Commercial registry #192816). Its aim is to execute developmental and social projects, operation in multiple countries. That is in order to put in place some of the Sunnah laws that help societies in our modern day and in the afterlife.

Some of those projects is the Hajj and umrah al badal of someone, and Adahi project as well as a number of development projects with the cooperation of a wide network with local organizations around the world.

Ta’alof Al-Khair boasts helping more than a million person in need in 15 countries including Syria, Palestine, Yemen, Somalia, Jordan, Turkey, and other in the span of 9 years.

Shari’a Committee:

It is an executive committee consisting of a number of qualified and specialized Islamic Shari’a scholars that overlooks the project from the legislative point of view, their tasks are:

1- Direct supervision of executing hajj al badal of someone with its holy rites, visiting and inspecting candidates’ eligibility, and documenting the process.

2- Approval of requests for the ill and unable and verifying eligibility.

    FAQ

    First: Submit your application:

    • Through the website where you can choose the suitable option (Deceased – Terminal Illness  or disability – Become a volunteer)
    • Sending a representative to inquire.

    Second: The application will be reviewed by the committee and a verdict will be delivered.

    • Note: Applications are submitted directly for the deceased without the need of the Committees approval. As for the sick or unable requests, review is needed, which takes 3 business days to process where there will be a call back or a request for additional documents.

    Third: Signing the contract of Hajj al badal of someone.
    Fourth: Following up with the substitute (person performing the Hajj al badal) throughout the holy rites.

    • With the cooperation with Islamic Institutions and Saudi Arabian Hajj companies that are recognized by the Ministry of Hajj.
    • The candidate has to be legally qualified and has the Islamic knowledge of the conditions and rituals of Hajj.
    • The candidate has to have performed Hajj earlier.
    • The candidate must be an adult at least 18 years old.
    • The candidate must meet the committee during Hajj rites to ensure executing the process.
    • The substitute must undergo an oath in front of the committee or its representative stating they completed the Hajj for their client.
